Individual Pot Pies for Sunday Dinner :-)

We enjoyed making individual pot pies for Sunday dinner yesterday!

A roll of refrigerator biscuit dough

I split each biscuit into 3 layers, put two into muffin tins, added a mix of canned chicken mixed with cream of chicken soup, and some frozen mixed vegetables and split the last third to cover both.

2/3 New Birth

Whoops! I missed my birthday yesterday! When I was 14, on that day, I realized the love Jesus' has for me individually and personally. I learned that He wanted to forgive my sins and save me. I admitted my sins to Him and asked for forgiveness.

And I had a certitude of forgiveness, and was overwhelmed with a sense of love from God for me, and peace from God!

Daughter's Family

I enjoyed the week at my daughter's. Traveled there by Amtrak - first time to ride the train as an adult!

Grandkids are great, responding to instructions, and LC is even doing some actual communicating! :-)
