Woke up to a Day-Stopper today! - My appointment calendar was completely empty!

All of you who know me know I can't remember anything without my calendar! (Plus I bill from it!)

Support at Outlook.com is phenomenal! They have answered immediately (within 10 minutes - that's "immediately in our day and age...!)
