These three guys from Japan took me up on my offer of a hot drink for anyone who was cold...  :-)

I pulled out my current puzzle (started last week :-) and shared it with them.

Lunch with a House Girl...

I enjoyed lunch with one of the ladies from the Girls' Houses today...

I showed her how to make Shrimp Scampi (Yes!  It IS Paleo! And very gourmet! AND only takes about 6&1/2 minutes to make, from start to table!!! :-) and we put it on top of a salad...  We enjoyed it very much.

She was cold when she came in (Yea!  It's starting to feel cold again!  I love the Fall!!! :-)  so I also showed her how to make Paleo Coconut Hot Chocolate.  Yum!

We had great conversations, including talking about Halloween...
