Exciting stuff yesterday! A house we really wanted, but were too late for the first time, came back on the market... We sent the offer from our Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Manhattan the first night of our trip and accepted the counter offer yesterday while we were in the Empire State Building! (Technology today is great!)
It must pass inspections, so please join us in praying for God's will about this.
